Electric Innovations is currently seeking a Network Technician to provide full-time technical support. Duties include: assisting in the maintenance and daily operation of Windows network resources, providing end-user support and training, installation of applications and workstations, printer maintenance and logging / tracking help desk requests. The Network Technician will also assist with various end user technology needs including email, operating systems, wireless and wired networking, common software applications, password and account management, deploying new systems and the installation of computer hardware and software.
The successful candidate's resume should include a BA/BS degree (preferred), industry certifications and 1-3 years of experience in computer troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and system documentation, and have a basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Active Directory, and other network technologies.
Our candidates must possess good team skills, good organizational and time management skills, be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects, and be able to work under pressure. All candidates must have a strong customer service orientation and a set of solid interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
